Get to know us

We started as a small family concept, aiming to help our own loved ones with needs of comfort. My sister, my niece and myself saw the benefits that Minky Fabric brings to those in need.

Our stories were unique to us, but so familiar with many families who go through hardships of health and struggles.

My husband became severely ill in 2022. I discovered Minky Fabric and he slept in them for a year recovering. Not long after his illness, a six week old puppy was abandoned along a rural country road. She became my husbands support companion. They bonded and healed each other and all the while embraced in Minky love. I wanted to name her Minky, but my husband refused to name her after a blanket. Mika is our fur-baby.

It soon became obvious that it would make sense to spread the Minky love beyond the walls of our homes. Thus introducing Mika's Minky Blankets to the World.
